Anthony F. Giuliano

Anthony F. Giuliano is a Partner with Pryor & Mandelup, LLP, an AV- Rated law firm servicing a broad range of corporate and individual clients.  Mr. Giuliano has extensive experience representing creditors, debtors, trustees, creditors’ committees and merchant cash advance (MCA) companies in all aspects of the bankruptcy process as well as out-of-court insolvency matters.  His areas of concentration include bankruptcy reorganizations, debtor and creditor rights, and bankruptcy related litigation.

Mr. Giuliano also has substantial litigation experience in core bankruptcy matters and general commercial matters, with special expertise in the areas of fraudulent conveyance actions and preference actions.  Mr. Giuliano works extensively with leading members of the MCA industry providing them with precisely tailored and practical strategies and legal advice for maximizing recovery from the bankruptcy estate and minimizing exposure to costly litigation brought by trustees and debtors.

Mr. Giuliano graduated with distinction from Hofstra Law School in 1994 where he was a member of the Hofstra Law Review.  He also has holds a Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Philosophy from Fordham University.  He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1995. He is also admitted to the Federal District Courts of the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He is a member of the Nassau and Suffolk County Bar Associations, the Chapter 11 Lawyers Advisory Committee for the Eastern District of New York as well, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and is the Bankruptcy Chair for the Alternative Finance Bar Association (AFBA) and has spoken extensively on MCA related bankruptcy issues.
